  8. arithmetical errors, provides Order Entry capability for an unlimited number of
  9. stations and tracks guest check details. It also allows multiple payment
  10. methods and automatically posts to house charge accounts permitting instant
  11. statement preparation. The Dining Director's special condensed keyboard
  12. eliminates the need for (PLU) price look-ups. Each key can access 36 menu
  13. items. A limited amount of keys are used for an unlimited number of menu items.
  14. The system prompts the server with an unlimited number of preparation options
  15. which are available to each item. Input errors can be easily corrected. It
  16. eliminates kitchen confusion by instantly transmitting easy-to-read orders
  17. specifying time, date, server name, and check number to various designated
  18. preparation areas. The system maintains certain manager controlled functions
  19. and furnishes daily and period-to-date sales and menu item reports. It includes
  20. employee time clock, tip reporting, and reports sales by server. The Executive
  21. Director is designed for easy operation by employees and management.
